You guys have heard it before, but my style has definitely changed since I made the move back down South. Instead of reaching for my leather jacket most days, I find myself opting for dresses, color, and overall girly silhouettes. One thing that’s definitely influenced the way I dress is the weather! My friends recently visited from New York and were complaining how there’s still snow on the ground. While I miss the energy of the city, I can’t say that I miss the cold!

Spring has sprung down South and I’m enjoying every minute of it. Eating “en plein air” on patios, outdoor strolls to my favorite shops, and bike rides in the park are some of my favorite things to do since the weather has warmed up. Recently on our trip to Charleston (P.S. if you haven’t yet…check out the travel guide HERE), I took full advantage of the splendor of the south and broke out my first Spring sundress of the season!

Jason and I both have the same Comme Des Garçons sneakers, so a flirty sundress seemed like the perfect way to show a girly approach to our unisex kicks. This blue number from Nordstrom stole my heart with its fit and flare silhouette (my favorite) and bow shoulder detail. I finished my look with a straw boater hat to keep that Southern sunshine out of my eyes.

Here’s to warmer days and looking forward to more Spring looks!

Dress: Eliza J.  Straw Hat: Eric Javits.  Bag: Proenza Schouler (Similar).  Sneakers: Comme des Garçons
