Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Are you wrecking your brain thinking about what to get your significant other for the occasion? OR, do you want to get a yourself a little treat? I love buying myself presents…because honestly, some self-love is never a bad thing! Whatever the case, I’ve got a roundup of gifts that will get the love going this holiday!

Hers:

Lingerie: If ever there were a holiday for something sexy, this is it! I love this set that comes in the prettiest shade of “petal” that will look amazing on any skin tone.

Coordinates Stacking ring: A simple gold ring with the coordinates of somewhere meaningful. One of my friends once gave me a location bracelet with the coordinates of our first job (where we met) and it always has a special place in my heart. This gift is both stylish and sentimental!

Body Wash: Ladies love a good beauty product and for me, this all starts with a great shower. This lovely scented (and pretty) body/hand wash from Jo Malone is a great gift to remind her to indulge in life’s little luxuries.

Fragrance: a pretty and floral scent to kick Spring into gear!

Phone Case: Let’s be honest, our phones are with us 24/7! And sometimes a new phone case can feel like a brand new outfit, or even a haircut. This tiny detail can make you feel fresh and special! Well this pick is one of my favorites, customizable and in the cutest colors. This is definitely one I’ll be getting myself if Mr. O doesn’t!

Him:

Shave Cream: Just like women, men can really enjoy an elevated grooming experience. This shave cream will have his shaving routine feeling extra luxurious!

Sneakers: How cute and holiday appropriate are these Comme des Garçons sneakers. They have more attitude and style than a regular pair of Converse, yet they aren’t as pricey as the covetable Common Projects. Also, I love that they’re unisex. Both Jason and I have a pair!

Sunglasses: A pair of classic sunglasses that will take an outfit to the next level. Whether added to jeans a t-shirt, or a polished suit, this pair will look good with everything!

Macaroons: Have you ever known a guy to turn down something sweet? And remember what I said about self-love? Get a box for yourself while you’re at it!

Cologne: Jason’s favorite cologne that I love to spritz on as well! It’s a win-win for both of us, and I guarantee your man will love it too!

Neckerchiefs

neckerchiefs

So this Spring a big trend that has popped um seemingly overnight is that of the neckerchief! It could be a silk scarf, it could be a bandana, it could be a variety of shapes and worn in different ways. Now I’m a huge silk scarf fan, but the ones I have are a bit larger than some on the market recently.

So, I picked up a new silk, square scarf from J.Crew (seen below) and I’ve been tying it as a bandana, as a choker, and even around my purse for a pop of color. The opportunities are endless for ways to tie – and if you’re like me (kinda clueless on how to tie a scarf), then there are some great videos and gifs online giving you step by step instructions!

So I already mentioned that I got the below from J.Crew, but I’ve also rounded up my favorite picks in a variety of colors, shapes and prices.

Have you dolls already hopped on the neckerchief trend this Spring?

1. Ann Taylor Calla Lily Silk (on sale for $29.99!)
2. Club Monaco Sandrella
3. Chanel Silk Twill
4. J.Crew Silk Foulard Print (under $50!)
5. Hermes Balade en Berline

I’ve always thought that a scarf adds instant elegance to an outfit. I personally wear scarves draped over my shoulders to add color or a hint of an interesting print to an otherwise muted look.

I only have a couple, but the scarves I own are very near and dear to my heart. My first, a beautiful and classy Hermès, was a thoughtful gift, with the print paying homage to my Indian heritage. My other go-to was purchased by my husband at the very first Prada store in the world, located in Milan. He spoils me, and I love it!

Top & Bottom: Agnona & Agnona.  Scarf: Hermès.  Shoes: Valentino.  Sunglasses: Ray-Ban.
