Hi Dolls,

Happy pre-Thanksgiving! I hope everyone is having a great start to their week and wrapping up items at work in preparation for the holiday. Speaking of work, I’m really excited to share with you the last of the looks from my recent collaboration with Brunello Cucinelli!

If you’re a frequent visitor to BPD, then you might have seen my recent weekend and evening looks featuring the brand. So what’s left you ask? The work week of course!

I often say that my workwear uniform consists of a pair of distressed jeans, a white collared shirt, and some sort of luxe accessory, whether it be a shoe, scarf, or jewelry.  Well in partnering with Cucinelli, I was able to stick to my workwear staples, but take my look to the next level of Italian luxury.  For my look, I opted for tuxedo jeans – a little more glitzy than my usual pair, a billowy chiffon blouse (with tank underneath) and the key to my signature work look – a slip-on loafer.  I wear my usual pair almost every day, but these take the cake with their shiny fringe detail.  Because of the recent chill that’s hit Atlanta, I topped off my look with a charcoal mohair coat. And finally…probably my favorite piece of the entire collaboration was the two-tone fox fur scarf! I would wear this every day if I could, and think understated blush and grey color palette is just heavenly. I usually wear a navy stole, but I loved the versatility of the lighter color, plus the contrast against my hair.  It’s absolutely my fav! Of course, want details on all of the items? Make sure to click the links below! Love the look, but want it for less? I’ve also got you covered with links below!

Happy Friday dolls! As many of you probably saw, I recently partnered with the Brunello Cucinelli at the Shops of Buckhead to highlight some of this season’s looks. I’m a huge Cucinelli fangirl, so the opportunity was to-die-for, as I got to pick three different looks that I would wear in my everyday life. I kicked off the series with an evening wear look that I’d typically wear for an event or a night out on the town with Jason! If you haven’t seen it yet, then please go look – the clothes are too beautiful to miss!

For this post, I really wanted to showcase a more casual look that I might wear on the weekends. I opted for a tulle skirt, leather biker jacket, simple tank, and sneakers! While everything from Cucinelli is a showstopper, let’s start with the skirt. The full tulle skirt could read ballerina, but it’s more modern with built in leggings for comfort and cover under the sheer layers. Leggings built in…genius! By far my favorite piece happened to be the leather jacket…no surprise there! The buttery cognac leather screams luxury an the shearling lining kept me warm on the coldest day of the year thus far. Finally, I finished my look the sneakers with a metallic detail that read chic yet athletic at the same time. Overall, this look is perfect for grabbing brunch with friends, running errands, and an afternoon prosecco – all items on weekend to-do list! Love the look? Click the links below for further details on each Cucinelli piece and also the look for less! Next up…my workday look with Cucinelli. So I hope you dolls check back in to read that! xo

One of the things I love most about my new home is that I live in a prime, but charming shopping village. Within a stone’s throw from my door is access to some of the most beautiful boutiques and on-trend fashion a girl could ask for. I love strolling down the street and exploring my “backyard” while I peruse the stores and admire the window displays. One of the stores that always catches my attention is Brunello Cucinelli. If you’re not familiar, Cucinelli is a heritage brand that exudes the simple elegance of Italian luxury. Understated yet glamorous, the brand merges traditional Italian style with a modern edge. I love that every piece feels luxurious to the touch, looks timeliness, but also feels young and fresh.

When Cucinelli approached me to style some looks for my everyday life, I jumped at the chance! First up is a night out on the town. For me, I’m not the type of girl to throw on a tight dress for dinner or cocktails. I prefer more unexpected pieces like a statement pant or jumpsuit. For my evening look, I opted for embellished high-waisted trousers, paired with a simple tank and blazer. I topped off my look with a waterfall necklace to add a touch more drama and glamour. I could see myself pairing the pants with a cashmere sweater, or even black turtleneck and leather jacket. The blazer? Well it’s not only classic, but impeccably tailored, and I didn’t want to take it off! While Cucinelli does scream luxury, the value and quality speaks for itself. As an aside, I love that the brand is socially conscious and also true to it’s Italian roots. For more information on Cucinelli, I love this GQ article from earlier this season! And for those who want the look for a little less, see my other links below! Can’t get enough of these looks (I know I couldn’t)?  I still have my “workday” and “weekend” looks to share with you. Until then, Ciao dolls!
